The Incident: A piece of code containing a duplicate ID error was pushed into the main repository.

The Culprit: Lykos blindly trusted the code merge without thoroughly testing the asset parameters beforehand.

The Result: Complete and utter backend jank. The database threw a tantrum, things got corrupted, and the words “stupid, stupid, stupid” were echoed throughout the development comms channel.
