Welcome to Neocron: How to Play

Welcome to the wasteland, Runner.

Whether you are a returning veteran or setting foot into the sectors for the very first time, getting your client ready and stepping into the grid takes less than 5 minutes.

Follow these 3 essential steps to create your account, download the game, and join the community.

Step 1: Join the Official Discord

Our community, support network and global trade channels live on Discord. Joining the server is required to create your account, report bugs, post ideas into the brainport and stay up to date with the latest patches.

Step 2: Create Your Game Account

Account creation is fully integrated directly through Discord. You don’t need an old-school web form — just a quick command.

Once you have joined the Discord server, navigate to the #NCPD channel.

Look for the instructions of Officer Jenna and use the account creation interface inside that channel to set up your game accounts.

Step 3: Download & Install the Client

Now that your runner profile is registered in the database, it’s time to download the Client Software.
